Landlord Fees

Fee(s) charged – Let only

• The fees are competitively charged for the above service at 8% + VAT of the agreed rent for the initial 6 month period of Tenancy agreed.
• If you require Inventory Clerks services we can furnish you with a price list, for our recommended Inventory Clerks.
• Tenancy Agreement Fee £100.00 plus VAT.
• Referencing at £35 per person
• Administration fee for lodging the Deposit Monies £20
• To Include rent collection 10% + VAT of 6 months rent.

Fee(s) charged – Full Management

• The fee charged for this service is a competitive percentage of the agreed rent for the period of the Tenancy.
• Tenancy Agreement Fee £100.00 + VAT we do not charge for subsequent renewals.
• Referencing at £35 per person
• Landlord pays for check in and checkout in line with the Tenants Fee Ban. Price is dependent on the size of the property.
• Should the tenant want to buy the rental property from the landlord we will charge a negotiation fee at 1% of the sale price.
